Shipping
Delivery quoted is to any single UK mainland address only – using a one man delivery to ground floor locations.
Delivery to Guernsey or Jersey will command a 10% Surcharge on your total order - we will contact you after making your purchase to organise payment of this 10% Surcharge.
Most items are dispatched to the customer within 3-5 working days of your order being received. Where a product is not in stock or is on an extended delivery period we will email you to advise on an anticipated delivery date.
After placing your order you will receive confirmation by email which will fully detail your order including your unique customer reference number which you will need for us to check the progress of your order.
The majority of our smaller parcel deliveries are handled by Courier.
Where fragile or large bulky items are being delivered we will arrange delivery by a dedicated delivery vehicle to ensure the products arrive safely and undamaged. On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as un-checked

Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify www.tradeops.co.uk of any damage, if we are not notified of damage within this time, you agree to indemnify www.tradeops.co.uk in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.
Please do not install your product if it’s damaged, as once it’s installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.

Please ensure that you give us the correct delivery address at the time of ordering your goods, as changing delivery address can cause major logistical problems, time delays, and sometimes even having to recall goods from our carriers back to our warehouse, re packaging and sending out again in different packaging, changing delivery addresses could in some circumstances be chargeable at £15.00 + VAT to cover administration costs
Low Order Fee
Orders £50.00 or under will incur a £10.00 'Low Order Fee' delivery charge. Orders above £50.00 are delivered free of charge, except in cases of special orders, where some manufacturers may charge a surcharge on shipping. You will be notified at the time of order if your special request shipment qualifies.

Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage.
Prices
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error omission the price published for the goods is wrong wheather or not whether the order has been confirmed.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
Orders from www.tradeops.co.uk are subject to UK VAT at 17.5% VAT is added. All Prices are shown with and without VAT.
Returns
ALL ITEMS MUST BE CHECKED AT TIME OF DELIVERY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE NOT FAULTY.IF THEY APPEAR TO BE FAULTY THEN WE MUST BE INFORMED IMMEDIATELY BY email at sales@tradeops.co.uk
ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE INSPECTED AND SIGNED FOR BY THE CUSTOMER OR AGENT ON DELIVERY
If an item has any faults or manufacturing defects it will be replaced at our expense.
You may withdraw from this agreement at any time up to 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, with the original undamaged packaging. If any damages occur during transit the customer is responsible in full and a refund will not be given. The total amount to be refunded will be the price paid less the initial delivery charge.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered the goods to you, this would be at our discretion & up to a maximum of 30 days, you must not have used them and must have kept them in the condition they were delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to 25% of the purchase price of the goods returned. Please inspect your goods upon arrival.
We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if applicable.

This guarantee is in addition to any warranties or conditions implied by law and nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
